B and M traveled from Virginia for their honeymoon, just two weeks after their wedding, bringing their wedding attire with them for a second set of portraits in Big Sur.
Their wedding day had been met with rain, so this became an opportunity to revisit that experience in a completely different setting. What came together felt like a Big Sur elopement—quiet, flexible, and centered entirely on the two of them.

We started along the northern stretch of Big Sur, moving between a few locations just off Highway 1. The coastline here offers open views, cliffs, and quiet pull-offs that don’t require much planning.
